Sound Healing

Just like with energy healing, the goal of sound healing is to realign the frequencies in your chakra for wellness and healing.  I employ crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls and weighted tuning forks.  Which tools are used is a matter of personal taste.  Some people prefer the sound of the crystal singing bowls, some the feel of the vibrations of the Tibetan bowls on their chakra and some resonate with the weighted tuning forks.
